Product Description
The AC100-NORDIC is a specially designed vinylester anchor with all the great benefits of the AC100 PRO but is usable down to an incredible -20°C. This is especially useful in extreme cold conditions, where other chemical mortars simply won't do the job. This means that even during winter, the AC100-NORDIC is a sensible choice to give you an incredibly strong fix. As with the AC100-PRO, the AC100-NORDIC is styrene and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) free for your safety.
The AC100-NORDIC is fast curing, and designed for quick curing even in cold conditions. It is particularly suited for masonry and concrete. Applications also include soft common brick to hard marble or granite so can be used across a jobsite, reducing your costs.
The lightweight cartridge and dispensing tool makes those tricky applications (such as working on scaffolding) as easy and safe as possible. The mortar is a strong, non-sag adhesive, so is ideal for both horizontal and vertical applications for your convenience. The
cartridge is formed from engineered plastic to give optimum shelf life and can be sealed after use, reducing wastage and cutting your costs. The mortar has been subjected to extreme resistance testing over a 12 month period to ensure that you are provided with the highest quality product - certified resistant to a number of chemicals including alkali media. The dispensing tool provides even, consistent pressure, eliminating the air bubbles that would necessitate reapplication and is wear resistant.
The cartridges also fit Spit dispensers, so you can use the best quality adhesives without needing to change your tools if you don’t want to. Powers AC100-NORDIC is the mortar you turn to when the temperature drops, and no other mortar can get the job done.
N.b. The AC100-NORDIC is not recommended for use in temperatures exceeding 20°C, as the gel time is too little to ensure a safe fix of the anchor.
Each cartridge comes with one mixing nozzle.
