Powers hammerscrews are preassembled fixings. Hammerscrews provide strong fixes, especially for wood into concrete and brick and so can be used for window frames.

Hammerscrews are cheap but strong fixings. Installation is easy as it is simply hammered through a fixture into a pre-drilled hole. The screws can be easily removed if necessary. This makes hammerscrews ideal for light duty, non-engineered applications. Previous applications include roof flashings, brick ties and masonry anchorage, electrical fixtures, HVAC and mechanical attachments, drywall track and general maintenance.

These hammerscrews come with a stainless steel nail, making them ideal (along with the nylon anchor) for outdoor applications, or applications where the hammerscrew is likely to experience high levels of corrosion.
