The PV45-PRO is a universal, styrene free polyester chemical injection mortar. The PV45-PRO is a universal polyester chemical injection mortar providing an incredibly low cost fix in almost any application.
It's the first polyester mortar in the world with an ETA option 7 approval for M8-M24 rods.
Approval valid when using standard trade rods or rods from other manufacturers
Polyester mortars are susceptible to weather exposure and can lose their strength if applied outside, so are perfectly suited to indoors use where you need a powerful bond at a low cost.
The PV45-PRO is alkali-resistant: durability of more than 50 years.

Polyester mortars have a quick curing time and the PV45-PRO is no exception to this, able to set in as little as 20 minutes. The set time is the maximum time it takes for a chemical mortar to achieve its published load capacities, so the sooner the mortar has set, the quicker you can get your job finished. As with all Powers chemical anchors, the PV45-PRO is a two-part cartridge made of high grade plastic to give you the best possible performance and to maximise shelf life. This saves you money by minimising waste. PV45-PRO cartridges also fit Spit and Fischer cartridge guns, so you can get the best polyester mortar without needing to switch the tools you already have. No need to switch means no fuss - you can enjoy the great benefits of the PV45-PRO, including the low price tag, without any extra hassle.
