Powers Metal Frame Anchors are preassembled screw and plug fasteners for use with window frames.
The MFA provides a high strength fasten for window frames to a variety of base materials. The MFA is ideally suited for use with wooden window frames. The WFA is installed through a pre-drilled hole through the frame and into the base material. If necessary, the screw can be removed and reinstalled. The MFA has a metal anchor to give it higher strength for those heavier frames. This strength means it needs a shallower embedment depth than the WFA. MFA anchors are suitable for a length of fixture thicknesses (50mm-115mm).
